So, as of today, I am on a diet. Not something super strict, but I'm going to try to work on my calorie intake, and this evening I will have a nice exercise bike at my disposal. I figure that I will sit on it while I watch movies or tv or something, instead of doing that in bed.
I'm going to record my progress, what I eat, how much I work out, etc.
At least that is my intention. We will see how it goes. Will post measurements and what have you once I find my tape measure in my beast of a room.
Started my day with some organic, HFCS free chips and salsa. I didn't eat the whole bag, only had about 10 chips and I feel satisfied :)
I have a chicken breast cutlet marinating in balsamic vinegar and herbs for dinner, will probably cut that up and put it on some salad with my organic raspberry lime vinagrette.
Trip to Costco on Thursday, maybe. Need lots of fruit, I want to get a bag of grapefruits.
NO HFCS.
Going to Target in a bit to buy some water (I know, water is free at home but the water here tastes like shit) and some Crystal Light packets, if they don't have HFCS.

Edited : I did good today! Drank 3 24 oz bottles of water (with Crystal Light, but still), and for dinner I had my chicken (which turned out really good) on some salad. I also had a slice of cheddar and two sugarfree popsicles.
So....yay.
