Day 3

Not really terribly in the mood to eat. But I will.

My legs are really tense from yesterday on the bike. So that's cool I guess. Stretch it out and whatnot.

I need to get started on my water intake for the day.

Start measurements:
bicep 13.5
thigh 24
waist 35.5
hip 44
bust 42

Breakfast - organic poptarts, bottle of water
Did 15 minutes on bike.

Lunch - 2 scrambled eggs with bell pepper and onion. Handfull of chips and salsa.

Snack - banana and a sugar free popsicle

Dinner - Grilled pork tenderloin and salad with raspberry lime vinagrette.

20 minutes on bike.
