Day 2

Breakfast : juice, organic cherry-pomegranite poptarts

Lunch: some organic chips and salsa

Dinner: roast beef sammich from Panera, and a banana.

Snacks: a banana and a slice of cheese.

Got the workout bike today. Did about 7 minutes earlier, without stretching, before I had to lay down. After I finished dinner and digested a bit, I did 20 minutes and felt ok afterwards.
